Protecting the health and safety of our employees is one of our company's fundamental working principles. In occupational health and safety practices, the objective is to prevent situations that could put employees' health and safety at risk, to maintain a safe working environment, to take the necessary protective measures and to act in accordance with occupational health and safety rules.
Risks that may arise in working areas are assessed, and the necessary measures for identified risks are planned and implemented. Periodic inspections of machinery, equipment and installations are carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Employees are provided with the personal protective equipment required by their duties, and its use is monitored. Occupational health and safety training is planned and recorded in accordance with legal regulations.
As part of emergency preparedness, the necessary planning is carried out and drills and information activities are conducted.
Occupational accidents and near-miss events are recorded, their causes are assessed, and corrective actions are planned to prevent recurrence.
Employees are able to submit their opinions, suggestions and reports relating to occupational health and safety, and adverse treatment of employees who make such reports is not permitted.
Subcontractor and supplier employees are also expected to act in accordance with occupational health and safety rules on company premises.
All employees and managers are obliged to act in accordance with the occupational health and safety principles set out in this policy.
