Our company regards product safety and consistent quality as fundamental working principles in the manufacture of lifting and lashing equipment. It is essential that our products are manufactured in accordance with the relevant standards, legal regulations and customer expectations.
The conformity of raw materials and components used in production processes is checked from the supply stage onwards, in-process controls are carried out during manufacturing, and a final inspection is applied before dispatch. Products found to be non-conforming are set aside and assessed accordingly.
In order to maintain product safety, testing, inspection and certification processes are monitored and traceability records are kept for the products.
To ensure the continuity of quality management practices, processes are reviewed at regular intervals, corrective actions are carried out for identified non-conformities, and improvement work is planned.
Customer requests, suggestions and complaints are assessed by the relevant departments and their outcomes are used as input for improvement work.
In order to support quality awareness among employees, information and training activities are carried out on the subjects where they are needed.
All employees and managers are obliged to act in accordance with the quality principles set out in this policy.
