Our company conducts its operations on the basis of honesty, transparency and ethical business conduct, and strictly prohibits bribery, corruption, malpractice, improper provision of benefits and unethical practices.
It is not accepted for employees, managers, suppliers or other parties acting on behalf of the company to engage in conduct aimed at obtaining personal benefit while performing their duties, to offer or accept improper payments, or to carry out transactions in return for material or non-material advantage.
In business processes such as purchasing, payment, evaluation of quotations and approvals, it is essential to act in accordance with company procedures, to record transactions and to ensure that the necessary controls are in place. In order to prevent suspicious situations, these processes are monitored by the relevant departments and managers, and investigation and assessment are carried out where necessary.
Non-conformities identified by employees may be reported to the Human Resources Department, to managers or to company management. Adverse treatment of employees who make such reports is not permitted, and employees also have the right to report confidentially.
Where bribery, corruption, malpractice or unethical practices are identified, the company carries out the necessary investigation processes, and depending on the nature of the situation, disciplinary measures, change of duties, termination of the employment contract and, where deemed necessary, legal proceedings may be applied.
In order to ensure the sustainability of its ethical working principles, our company supports informing employees on these matters and building the necessary awareness.
All employees and managers are obliged to act in accordance with the rules set out in this policy.
