Treating employees equally, fairly and respectfully is one of our company's fundamental working principles. Discriminatory practices against employees are not permitted in recruitment, working arrangements, allocation of duties, remuneration practices, training opportunities, promotion processes or in any practice relating to the continuation of the employment relationship.

Discrimination between employees on grounds such as language, religion, race, gender, age, nationality, marital status or disability is not accepted. Acting in accordance with employees' personal rights and human dignity is essential in the working environment.

Maintaining respectful communication between managers and employees is a company objective, and employees are able to convey their opinions, requests and complaints to the Human Resources Department or to their managers. Adverse treatment of employees who make such reports is not permitted.

In order to prevent the risk of discrimination, recruitment processes, employee complaints, disciplinary practices, allocation of duties and practices relating to the working environment are monitored by the Human Resources Department and the relevant managers; assessment and improvement work is carried out where necessary.

In order to sustain a culture of equality in the working environment, information and awareness activities are carried out for employees on the subjects where they are needed.

All employees and managers are obliged to act in accordance with the working principles set out in this policy.
