Ensuring that employees work under safe, respectful and fair working conditions is one of our company's fundamental working principles. Acting in accordance with employees' personal rights, human dignity and legal rights is essential in the working environment.

Physical or psychological pressure, insults, threats, discrimination, mistreatment, mobbing and similar inappropriate practices are not permitted within the company. No discriminatory practice may be applied against employees on grounds such as language, religion, gender, age or nationality.

Maintaining respectful communication between managers and employees is a company objective, and employees are able to convey their opinions, requests and complaints to the Human Resources Department or to their managers. Adverse treatment of employees who make such reports is not permitted.

The working environment, employee relations, overtime practices and disciplinary processes are monitored by the Human Resources Department and the relevant managers; assessment and improvement work is carried out where necessary.

In order to enable employees to carry out their duties under safe and appropriate working conditions, workplace practices are reviewed at regular intervals and information and awareness activities are carried out on the subjects where they are needed.

All employees and managers are obliged to act in accordance with the working principles set out in this policy.
